How long will it take for my item to arrive?

How do I return or exchange merchandise purchased online?
If you're not completely satisfied with your Cesar Millan Product, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your item. We'll be
happy to assist you with any issue you may have. Any return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We will replace any item with another identical item, which is found to be defective provided we are notified of the defect within 15
days of delivery. Please inspect your item(s) carefully upon arrival.
We must receive your return in the original condition. We suggest you insure them for loss of damage by the carrier, as we cannot give
you a refund if it arrives to us damaged in any way.

To return or exchange your purchase by mail, please send the item(s) back along with a copy of your invoice to the following

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or
product information, Dog Psychology Center Products, Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed
at the incorrect price. Dog Psychology Center Products, Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the
order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event that your credit card has been charged, Dog Psychology Center
Products, Inc shall immediately refund the charged amount.\
