Shipping, Exchanges & Returns
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks or sooner for delivery. We provide the fastest shipping services to fit all your needs. If Next Day shipping is needed, please contact us via email at DPCLAproducts@aol.com so we can set up arrangements.
How do I return or exchange merchandise purchased online?
If you're not completely satisfied with your Cesar Millan Product, send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
We will replace any item with another identical item, which is found to be defective provided we are notified of the defect with 5 days of delivery to you. After 5 days we will no longer be responsible for defects found. Please inspect your item(s) carefully upon receipt.
We must receive your return in the original condition. We suggest you insure them for loss of damage by the carrier, as we cannot give you a refund if it arrives to us damaged in any way.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, Products With Purpose, Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Products With Purpose, Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event that your credit card has been charged, Products With Purpose, Inc shall immediately refund the charged amount.
